Ouuu,” the witches all said in unison as they watched Eya’s face frozen with homicidal intent.

Doreen nodded, her hand on the remote as she pressed the pause button. “She’s going to kill him.”

Teni agreed. “Yep.”

“Pity,” Doreen was saying as she refilled her popcorn and got another drink. “They had some promise too.”

Lina pursed her lips. She had gotten a chair now and was biting her fingernails, her heart thundering in her chest. “They can sort it out,” she said. “I know they can.”

Teni scoffed. “Both of them? They’ve been at each other’s throats since they were born. How will they sort it out?”

Lina just nodded her head. “I know they can.”

Teni looked at Doreen who just shrugged. “Let’s see sha,” Doreen said as she pressed play.
